Birth and Education of Bhaskaracharya

Bhaskara II or Bhaskarachārya was an Indian mathematician and astronomer who extended Brahmagupta's work on number systems.

He was born near Bijjada Bida (in present day Bijapur district, Karnataka state, South India) into the Deshastha Brahmin family.
